Carefully hand-picked and wet-hulled, followed by two-step sun drying on raised beds to enhance flavor clarity and depth.

Harvested at elevations of 1,500–2,000m, ensuring slow bean development for a richer and more nuanced profile.

This is our fallback when Guatemala isn’t available. It roasts well from medium to dark, keeping its flavor. Flavors come through even with creamer, so I’m told. A fruity, chocolatey well balanced bean, great anytime of the day. Our best cups have been pour overs.
