Rwanda Café Femenino is a progressive coffee project that operates with a focus on gender equity and coffee excellence. Through this initiative, women coffee farmers in Rwanda are given a prominent role in the coffee production process, from cultivating the beans to crafting the final brew. By championing the economic empowerment of women in the coffee industry, Café Femenino uplifts their status within their communities and the broader supply chain. The project doesn’t only cultivate exceptional coffee beans but also cultivates a sense of empowerment and equality, enhancing the socio-economic fabric of Rwanda’s coffee-growing regions
