Roaster Capabilities
Sonofresco’s Advanced Definition Roasting (ADR) software enables customization of each batch so that you can refine and monitor each roast, allowing you can create complex flavor profiles for your customers, with a simple push of the button.
These flavor profiles can be created and saved with both Mac and PC devices, and you can upload up to five custom roast profiles on each machine when paired with Bluetooth. Plus, the Bluetooth capabilities allow you to monitor the roasting process remotely.
With no cool-down time required between batches, you can keep your coffee production moving all day long. Each roast cycle takes less than 20 minutes, with customization options to fit each type of bean that you choose to optimize.
One-pound capacity roaster
- Roast up to three 1.2-pound batches per hour (25 pounds in 8 hours)
or
- Roast up to three 120-gram sample batches per hour
Two-pound capacity roaster
- Roast up to three one-pound batches per hour (55 pounds in 8 hours)
Green Beans
The many capabilities that our roasters provide are complimented by a large catalogue of affordable, specialty-grade green beans so that you never run out of fresh coffee. Our coffee beans are imported globally from regions including Central America, Indonesia, and Africa. These include fair trade, specialty blends, and single origin beans in 20 or 46 lb packages.
