Sonofresco Return Policy and Instructions

At Sonofresco, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines for returns, refunds, and damaged items.

General Return Policy

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Only items purchased directly from Sonofresco, LLC can be returned to Sonofresco. If you purchased through an authorized distributor, returns must be handled through that distributor in accordance with their policy.

  • Items must be repackaged in the original, Sonofresco-approved packaging, including all cords, adapters, and documentation.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom products (including custom colors)

  • Green Coffee – Green coffee is a food item and returns are generally not accepted.

  • Coffee Packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

  • The no-return rule for green coffee does not apply to damaged items.

  • Please inspect your green coffee shipment upon arrival. If you notice damage or defects, contact office@sonofresco.com immediately for assistance.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (inspection may take up to 5 business days), we will initiate your refund:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments – Refunds are sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days after inspection. Contact your bank for posting timelines.

  • Check or Money Order Payments – Refunds are issued by check and mailed to the “ship-to” address on the original invoice within 5 business days after inspection.

  • Wire Transfer Payments – Refunds are issued by check and mailed via USPS to the “ship-to” address on the original invoice within 5 business days after inspection.

How to Return an Item

  1. Request an RMA – Email office@sonofresco.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Ship the item to:

  3. Items that have been used, worn, or altered cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Important: Items will not be accepted without a valid RMA#.

Restocking Fee

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (deducted from the refund).

  • Original shipping and handling fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated import duties or taxes.
