Simple by design
Dial in temperature and airflow, watch each batch in real time, then save and repeat your best profiles. Works on PC and Mac.
Push saved roast profiles straight from your computer to the machine for consistent roasts and faster setup.
A clear roasting chamber lets you watch beans turn from green to golden brown—a showpiece on any counter.
Hot air lifts and tumbles every bean for an even, bright, repeatable roast—without scorching or hot spots.
Chaff is captured as you roast, so cleanup is quick and your workspace stays tidy.
Every approximately 18-minute cycle ends with a built-in cool-down, so your beans stop roasting at the exact moment you want.
Batches run about 18 minutes from start to finish—enough throughput for one machine to supply a busy cafe or micro-roastery.
Independently safety-certified for commercial and home use, and backed by the full manufacturer warranty.
Built to order by Sonofresco, a US manufacturer, and supported by people who know the machine.
