Indian Monsooned Malabar is a bold, smooth green coffee with low acidity and rich notes of dark chocolate, toasted nuts, and sweet tobacco. Aged in the humid coastal winds of India’s Malabar Coast, the beans develop an earthy aroma with hints of cocoa, wood, and spice. The result is a mellow, full-bodied cup that’s perfect for espresso or blending.
