Sonofresco™ Sinterklaas Christmas Blend
Cupping Notes
On the cupping table, this blend reveals a creamy, full-bodied texture with initial flavors of dark chocolate and mild spice. As it cools, you may notice layers of subtle acidity, hints of fruit, and a lingering, pleasant finish. The cup has a rich depth with well-balanced flavors that evolve, making it ideal for savoring.
Altitude
The coffee beans in this blend are grown at high altitudes, ranging from 1,200 to 1,600 meters. High-altitude growth contributes to enhanced acidity and concentrated flavors, giving the coffee its distinct brightness and complex profile.
This Sinterklaas blend offers a holiday-worthy cup that’s rich, nuanced, and memorable, ideal for a comforting yet dynamic coffee experience.
Aroma
Expect an inviting aroma with warm, spicy notes, accented by subtle earthy and dried fruit undertones. The scent is intense yet balanced, offering a combination of warmth and sweetness that complements the holiday spirit.
Roasting Profile
For optimal flavor in this blend, we recommend a medium to medium-dark roast. Carefully monitor the beans as they approach the first crack. Ending the roast just before the second crack will preserve the blend’s earthy, deep notes while enhancing body and smoothness, bringing out its natural sweetness and subtle nuances.

“Don’t hesitate to try Sonofresco™ Sinterklaas Christmas Blend on your next coffee order. We look forward to this blend every year. Our mornings start out with a fresh cup or two or three of fresher brewed Sinterklaas. It’s fantastic has an espresso shot, but we tend to love the way it tastes using the pour over method. It’s the perfect dark roast, smooth and full of flavor. “

Very good as a medium Sweet and savory on the nose and tasting notes of chocolate truffles and savory finish. Dark is a great espresso shot! Great crema still get the savory smell and taste, but dark chocolate and nuts comes through in the taste as well. Very smooth as a medium and Dark roast. One trick I noticed with this coffee is it needs more time to Degas than other coffees.
